We want you to enjoy MyTruthTeller. If you are not satisfied with a credit pack you bought, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed. Your first three sessions are free, so you can try the analyzer before spending anything.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@mytruthteller.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Stripe receipt or the last four digits of the card used. We will review the request and process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
After a refund
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any unused credits from the refunded pack are removed from your account balance.
Requests after 30 days
We will still review requests made after 30 days — for example duplicate charges or a purchase you did not authorise. Stripe's terms also apply to every order.
